it may be the snake in the dayak legend in Sarawak, called Nabau by the local. the stories goes like this..
The snake was found by workers who clearing the forest for a new road. The driver was paralysed with fear, while the other workers ran for their lives. By the time the workers came back, the wounded boa had died, while the other snake had disappeared.
it be said that the snake was almost 55 feet! this snake has no problem to hunt human for food.. hehe..
back to Nabau story, according to Iban legend, Nabau is a giant snake comparable to the size of a drum and is more than 100 feet in length.
